When addressing stellar entities, aim to get the gender right. Many will withhold their full effects if one addresses them incorrectly.
The gender of planetary entities follows that of the planet, unless the ymage is contrary that one is using.
The gender of Face spirits appear to be all male, so far as I can discern so far.
The gender of Mansion spirits default male, unless the ymage is contrary. These react strongly to error.
The gender of fixed star spirits are all female. They are the handmaidens of the Sun. These react strongly to error.
I have not worked with Zodiacal constellation spirits but I would assume they follow the gender of their associated Sign.
